You did a great job with the contrast between the white and red, the blood looks pretty real, and the plastic wrap[I think that's what it is?] works really well with this photo.
Her expression is pretty perfect as well, I think the only thing that kind of bothers me a little bit is the lack of depth- The set almost looks flat, and that takes away from it a little bit. But I do the same thing, so I can't complain
